# Disable a playlist

> Turns playlist mode off for this video. This is a soft disable: the anchor video and its items are kept, only `enabled` flips to false, so calling `POST /playlists` again with the same `video_id` picks up where you left off.

Requires a token with the `videos:write` scope.
