# SamCart

> Connect SamCart to TrackPlay for automatic conversion tracking and session-based link rewriting.

Connect your SamCart account to TrackPlay to automatically track sales and inject session IDs into checkout links.

## Setup Instructions

### Step 1: Connect

1. Go to **Integrations** → find **SamCart** → click **Connect**

### Step 2: Configure

1. Select the tracking parameter (`utm_content`, `affiliate_id`, or `aff_sub`)
2. Click **Save & Verify**

### Step 3: Add Webhook and Verify

1. Copy the Webhook URL from the setup modal
2. In SamCart: go to **Products → select product → Integrations → Webhook URL**
3. Paste the URL and save
4. Trigger a test purchase
5. TrackPlay detects the test and marks the integration **Active**

## How It Works

* All `samcart.com` links on your page are automatically updated with the session ID
* When a purchase is completed, SamCart sends a webhook to TrackPlay
* The sale is attributed to the video session that drove the conversion
