Setup Instructions

Step 1: Connect

1. Go to Integrations → find ThriveCart → click Connect

Step 2: Configure

1. Select the tracking parameter (affiliate_id, aff_sub, or utm_content)
2. Click Save & Verify

Step 3: Add Webhook and Verify

1. Copy the Webhook URL from the setup modal
2. In ThriveCart: go to Product → Fulfillment → Webhook URL
3. Paste the URL and save
4. Trigger a test order
5. TrackPlay detects the test and marks the integration Active

​

How It Works

• All thrivecart.com links on your page are automatically updated with the session ID
• When a purchase is completed, ThriveCart sends a webhook to TrackPlay
• The sale is attributed to the video session that drove the conversion
