RedTrack and Everflow attribute a sale to a click. TrackPlay fires a GET request to a URL template you provide, with macros filled in from the conversion.

Connect it

1

Open Integrations

Click Integrations in the sidebar, find RedTrack or Everflow, and click Connect.
2

Paste your postback URL

Use your tracker’s macro syntax for anything TrackPlay does not fill in itself, and TrackPlay’s macros (below) for the rest.
3

Save

The integration goes Active immediately. There is no test postback to wait for: the next real conversion is the first delivery.

Macros

string
The tracker’s own click id for the converting session. See below: this only resolves for a session TrackPlay can trace back to a click.
string
The conversion value.
string
Three-letter currency code.
string
The video the sale is credited to.
string
The cart’s order id, or the conversion_id you sent if you used the Conversions API.

When the postback does not fire

Read this before you rely on these postbacks.{clickid} is filled from one of three places, in order: a clickid on the conversion payload, a click_id on it, or a lookup against the session’s captured click identity under the tracker’s own parameter names (rtkclickid, clickid, cid for RedTrack; ef_transaction_id, clickid, click_id for Everflow). That third path does not resolve in practice. The player’s click-id capture list holds ad-platform ids (fbclid, gclid, ttclid and similar) and deliberately does not capture tracker click ids, so there is nothing stored under any of the names the lookup asks for. Unless your conversion payload carries clickid or click_id directly, {clickid} resolves to empty. When it is empty, TrackPlay does not send the postback. That is deliberate: a tracker that receives an empty clickid records an unattributable conversion and its log still reads “delivered”. Not sending it is the only way an empty value does not quietly corrupt your tracker’s numbers. The practical consequence is that the integration can sit on Active and never deliver anything, and there is no customer-facing delivery log to tell you so. Confirm with your tracker that conversions are arriving before you trust these numbers.
A conversion with no session at all (a sale from a link you built by hand, or one TrackPlay could not join to a play) never reaches this stage: RedTrack and Everflow postbacks fire only for conversion.created, and only once a session is known.

Fires on real revenue only

Like every server-side sender, RedTrack and Everflow only hear about a genuine purchase or rebill. A refund, a chargeback, and anything flagged as a test sale never generate a postback.

When it does not work

Confirm the postback URL is saved with the exact macro syntax above (case-sensitive curly braces). If the URL is correct, the most common cause is an unresolved {clickid}: see the warning above. TrackPlay does not surface a per-conversion delivery log for this integration today, so the fastest way to confirm is a real sale from traffic you know carries a trackable click id.
Expected if your traffic mix includes sessions with no resolvable click id alongside sessions that have one. Direct traffic, email clicks, and organic sessions never carry a click id and never fire a postback.
Check {payout} and {currency} are in the position your tracker’s template expects, and that the base URL (your tracker domain, not TrackPlay’s) is correct. TrackPlay logs the HTTP status it got back; a 4xx from your tracker means the request reached it but the tracker rejected the parameters.
